Frequently Asked Questions
  • Visa rules depend on your nationality. Many travelers can get an e-visa online or a visa on arrival, but some need to apply in advance. Please check visa requirements for your country before booking.

  • Yes — families are welcome. Child discounts and bedding options depend on hotel policy. Some activities (like the Wadi hike) need older children who can walk; check age rules when you book.

  • Bring light, breathable clothes, modest clothing for mosque visits, swimwear and water shoes for wadis, comfortable walking shoes, sun protection, a refillable water bottle, and any prescription medicines.

  • The tour is mostly easy to moderate. Wadi Shab includes a hike of around 30–75 minutes on uneven paths and short boat crossings — a basic fitness level is helpful. If you have mobility issues, tell us before booking so we can adapt the plan.

  • Cancellation and change rules vary by fare, hotel and season. Standard conditions apply at booking; last-minute changes may incur fees. We recommend travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical needs, or missed connections.
